The art of wisdom of the Tibetan sword. Official International Certification granted directly by Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche, through his organization Nangten Menlang International (NMI). Also called "the sword of wisdom" or in Tibetan "tog chöd" which means "cutting thought"; It is a set of choreographic movements with a wooden sword, such as forms, tastings and body twists, which help to open the body and connect us to our inner power. What we are going to achieve through this practice is to cut the current of habitual thoughts that inhabit our mind. This discipline was practiced ancestrally, by monks and Lamas in the monasteries of Tibet.
This moving meditation transforms harmful emotions into inner peace. Currently we can enjoy many wisdom techniques from Tibet and the depth of these teachings, thanks to the master Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche who adapted the movements to our times and to those of the West, so that we can access very dynamic and effective meditations to reach a deep state of inner peace
